Pregis offers an array of air and paper on-demand cushioning solutions. The purpose of cushioning is to form a protective void fill around the shape of the product.

A paper coil can be used to do this, which creates a very effective protective cushion.

Cushioning with Easypack® paper pads or coils is ideal for items that pose a problem without moulded packaging. To use paper coils, a long length of a cushion is rolled to create a coil which is tightly fitted into the packaging box. The item is then pressed in the centre, creating a mould around the object.
