“Advancing from Bronze to Silver is especially meaningful given the increasingly rigorous EcoVadis criteria,” said Caroline Dumonteil, Key Account Manager Europe. “This recognition highlights the dedication of the Pregis Europe team, particularly Collin Pustjens (Environment), Gerco Coumou (Labour Rights & Ethics), and Willem Penning (Sustainable Procurement). Achieving the Silver rating required deeper collaboration, stricter documentation practices and more robust governance than ever before.
“A major focus in 2025 was elevating documentation and reporting accuracy,” Dumonteil explained. “We developed a centralised SharePoint document library to organise sustainability and compliance data, improving both efficiency and traceability. Close alignment with our North American teams was essential in harmonizing global processes, another key factor in our improved score.”
This strengthened, globalised approach reflects how Pregis is building the foundation for enhanced ESG transparency and preparing to release more ambitious sustainability goals in 2025.
