Pregis, LLC ("Pregis" or “we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Maxwell mobile application (the “App”).  Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION.

Information Collection and Use

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily provide (e.g. name, email, company, etc.) We will not share that information with any third party outside of our organization.

Application Permissions – Camera, Photo Library, Bluetooth

The Maxwell App was designed to import photos, videos and barcodes directly to your IntelliPack® SmartBagger™ System. To accomplish the transfer of data the App requires access to your camera and/or photo library and may require you to turn on Bluetooth sharing. The App only allows user selected photos, videos and barcodes to be transferred to the IntelliPack® SmartBagger™ System.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
